By enrolling my child, I understand and agree to the following:

• I consent to 3Two1 Theatre School collecting and using my personal information (name, contact details, emergency contacts, and medical information) to manage my child’s enrolment, attendance, payments, and safety.
• I understand that my personal information may be shared with staff, tutors, or emergency services when necessary, but will not be sold to third parties.
• I understand that my information will be stored securely and that I can access, correct, or request deletion of my data at any time.
• I consent to receive communications about classes, events, or school updates.
