Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child in our classes, you agree to the following:

1. Notice and Payment

We ask that parents provide four weeks notice should their child want to leave. Payments will continue throughout the notice period. Fees are still payable for any classes missed due to absence.

2. Behaviour and Engagement

Students are encouraged to participate fully and show respect for staff and fellow students. We reserve the right to withdraw a place if a student consistently disengages, disrupts the class, or behaves inappropriately, so that all students can enjoy a positive learning environment.

3. Personal Belongings

Please note that the school cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings, including clothing, mobile phones, bags, or equipment brought to classes.

4. Health & Safety

It is important that parents keep us informed of any changes to allergies, medical conditions, or other special needs. In the event of an emergency, we will act responsibly and contact parents or emergency contacts immediately.

5. Class Cancellations & Venue Changes

We aim to provide the best possible experience for all students. Occasionally, classes may need to be combined, moved, or taught by a substitute tutor. As we hire external venues, occasionally a class may need to be cancelled or moved at short notice due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to provide an alternative where possible, and any missed class will be made up at a later date.

6. Allergies & Nut-Free Policy

Our school is a nut-free environment. Please do not bring nuts or products containing nuts to class.

7. Payment & Late Fees

Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month and will be collected automatically via Stripe. If payment has not been successfully received within the first 7 days of the month, a £5 late payment fee will be added to the outstanding balance. Parents are responsible for ensuring that payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available. If payment remains outstanding, your child may not be able to attend sessions until the balance has been paid.
